I remember us stopping under the trees one day while on a ride.

I remember how I felt walking under the canopy with you right by my side.

I remember when we laid the jackets down and you got down on your knees.

I remember looking down at you as the light streamed through the trees.

I will not forget that moment although it has been awhile.

I remember looking at your face and seeing that wicked smile.

We slowly undressed and became as one while lying in the glade.

With the sounds of birds and animals, the trees providing shade.

I remember how warm your body was and the fragrance of your hair.

I remember hearing voices, yet I simply did not care.

For we had joined with nature, and to everything else were blind.

I was so in love with you that day, it is frozen in my mind.

But things changed and you went away to follow your destiny.

And I am left thinking of you, naked under the trees.
